We wanted to build something that actually keeps people motivated and excited to stick to good habits, especially when it's so easy to slip into bad ones. We've all seen it- great intentions, lost motivation or get into addiction. It started with a few Notion templates- simple ways to track habits and goals without any complications. People liked them, and before we knew it, Habit Mile became more than just templates. Now, we're using AI to make habit-tracking smarter and flexible enough for real life. Because let's be honest—some days, you're on top of everything. Other days, you just want a nap. We get that.
